1. Overview

GoldenYears Counsel, operating at goldyearslg.com, provides specialized advisory services in elder law. These Terms govern your use of our offerings.

3. Services

Our service category includes personalized legal guidance sessions tailored for seniors. Scheduling may be arranged via our contact form. Clients may amend an appointment up to 48 hours before the session without penalty. Cancellations made after this window are non-eligible for credit due to preparatory efforts by our specialists.

4. Information Products

Information products consist of digital guides and tutorials in downloadable formats. A client may request a credit within seven days of purchase when no download has occurred. After this period or once access is granted, no credit is possible.

5. Physical Goods

Physical items include printed manuals and reference books shipped to your address. Clients may send back unused items in original condition within fourteen days of delivery. The client is responsible for shipping arrangements. Once goods are received and inspected, a credit is issued to the original payment channel.

6. Refund Policy

All credits are processed to the same channel used for settlement and will appear within 14 days of approval. For service credits, offsets toward future sessions are available if scheduling constraints arise. Credits are not available for sessions cancelled less than 48 hours before the start time due to the custom work involved in case preparation. We do not provide credits for on-demand recordings or finalized digital products once accessed.

7. Amendments

We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance.
